I do not know what model of TECH-MED blood pressure monitor you have. The following instructions apply to the TMA-20 SMART model, but will probably be helpful for other models from this manufacturer: 1) Please press and hold the START/STOP button for 3 seconds to enter the year setting mode. 2) Please press the MEMORY button to select the year - each press of this button increases the value by 1 unit. 3) After setting the year, press the START/STOP button to confirm the selection and go to the month and day setting. 4) Repeat steps 2 and 3 similarly, selecting the month and day. 5) The same is done when setting the time. 6) When the date and time are set and the selection is confirmed by the START/STOP button, the camera turns off automatically.
