Combining citalopram (Citaxin) with dexketoprofen (Dexak) increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This risk is higher especially in patients with peptic ulcer disease and in people who use dexketoprofen regularly. Emergency use of Dexak is unlikely to significantly affect the safety of Citaxin.
