Can I change Leflunomide to Methotrexate?

I have been treating for RA for 8 months, I take leflunomide 20 mg, but I do not feel any improvement. Can I go back to my previous ebetrexat 15 mg drug? And after what time from the possible discontinuation of leflunomide.

It is possible to return to the previous treatment after consulting a doctor. If you do not experience improvement with Leflunomide, you should discuss the change of treatment with a specialist. He will determine how to switch from one preparation to another. If stationary contact with a doctor is difficult, there is a possibility of teleconsultation through Gdziepolek: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose materials that may be of interest: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/reumatoidalne-zapalenie-stawow-rzs
