Clexane (trade name for enoxaparin) is an anticoagulant drug that works by inhibiting blood clotting. Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine used mainly to treat allergy and anxiety symptoms. There are no known direct interactions between Clexane and hydroxyzine. Both drugs act on different mechanisms in the body, so they should not directly affect each other. Between preparations I would recommend keeping at least 2-3 hours break.
