How long can the side effects of Axtil last?

Hi I have a question about tablets Axtil 5mg. I just started taking these pills exactly 2 days. The pressure has dropped but I feel "dumbfounded" after them and I feel slightly dizzy. I read that there may be such side effects when starting treatment with these pills. The question is, how long can this feeling last?
