Can I be pregnant if the pregnancy test was negative and I feel dizzy and have stinging lower abdomen?

Hello. The last menstruation I had 25.05, this month I was supposed to get 24.06 and so far silence. I did a pregnancy test 2 days after the expected date and today. Negative result. I will add that I am already after two pregnancies and in each of these two I did a pregnancy test only after two weeks when two lines came out. I feel dizzy and my lower abdomen stings. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant?

If you have taken a pregnancy test at least 10-14 days after your last unprotected intercourse and you have obtained a negative result, pregnancy can be ruled out. Taking a pregnancy test too early may indicate a false negative result. More about what pregnancy test to choose and when to do we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic In the event that the tests exclude pregnancy, and menstruation does not occur within a few days, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist for the diagnosis of menstrual disorders. You can use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja The occurrence of dizziness and pricking of the lower abdomen is not a specific symptom of pregnancy and may result, for example, from infection, weakness of the body. I encourage you to read our material that you may find useful:
