Eliquis and Kostarox interact with each other. Apixaban, i.e. the substance contained in Eliquis, has an anticoagulant effect and the simultaneous use of this drug with Kostarox, which contains etoricoxib with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects - may increase the anticoagulant effect of apixaban. This can increase the risk of bleeding and even hemorrhages. If these medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, please consult your doctor to determine whether they can be used at the same time and, if necessary, whether there is a need to change the dosage recommendations. However, if the medication was prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the established dosage regimen. If you experience unusual bleeding (e.g. from the nose), subcutaneous hematomas, tarry faeces or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor.
