Does a beta-hCG result below 10 mlU/ml exclude pregnancy?

Hello today I did beta hcg came out 3,450. If fertilization had occurred about 21 days ago, was beta hcg higher? I had spotting around the expected menstruation. Should I go for another examination or is it rather impossible for me to be pregnant. 03.06 spotting appeared. Out of curiosity on 11.06 I did an ovulation test and it showed two intense lines. Is it possible for oeulation to occur so quickly?

The result of the determinations should always be related to the standards of the laboratory concerned. However, it is generally assumed that the result of beta-hCG tests below 10mlU / ml, performed on the day of the expected menstruation or later, indicates the absence of pregnancy.
