How to stop taking Solderol 7000 correctly?

Good morning, I take Solderol 7000 once a week. Can I just stop taking it to stop taking it or do I have to do it in another way?

Any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your state of health.
