Can I get a headache with a nosebleed after taking Aspargin?

Three times in my life I took one tablet of Aspargin. Every time I took it, I felt a sudden, severe headache and had an intense nosebleed. What could be the reason for this reaction of my body to this drug?

No adverse reactions have been reported when using Aspargin at doses no higher than recommended. Hemorrhages and headaches have also not been reported as unwanted symptoms with Aspargin. Your body's reaction to Aspargin may result from hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation. I encourage you to report side effects. I enclose materials on how and why it is worth doing: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
