What antipyretics can be used with Bronch-Vaxom?

Hello for two days I take broncho vaxom, on the second day there was a fever 38'5 probably due to an earlier sore throat or the reaction of the body does not worry me but can I get pyralgina to beat it? Are there interactions with it and the vaccine and should pyralgine be replaced with Apap or ibuprofen , I am an adult male .
