Is increasing the dose of Primacor a good solution?

I have saved Primacor 10 mg in the morning and Polsart 80 mg in the evening + Zahron 5mg. Pressure still above 190/100 in the evening . Is choosing Primacor 10 mg in the evening a good solution recommended by the doctor?
