Can adding Escipram to Ivabradine and Arechin cause an increase in heart rate and hot flashes?

I have been taking Escipram 10mg for 4 days, additionally I take medication from the cardiologist Ivabradine and from the rheumatologist Arechin. From the day I started taking Escipram I started to feel strange, several times a day my body is covered with a wave of heat (skin burning), pulse at rest even 107, after that I am cold and I am trembling. Is it the effect of Escipram or a combination of these drugs? Please reply.

The addition of Escipram increases the risk of arrhythmias. The symptoms you write about may indicate the occurrence of such an interaction.
