Can I crush Ramoclav?

Good morning I have a problem swallowing the antibiotic Ramoclav 875 + 125, can I crush or dissolve it in a small amount of water and take it?

Yes, you can crush the tablet according to the SmPC: the divider line is only intended to make it easier to break the tablet for easier swallowing, not to divide the tablet into two equal doses. However, I do not recommend dissolving the antibiotic in a small amount of water.
