When using Ginoring discs, is dark red and thick discharge a cause for concern?

Good evening, use ginoring rings as recommended for 2 years. On Wednesday, which is 17.05, I pulled out the puck and the period should start on Saturday. Unfortunately, somehow from the beginning of the week I notice vaginal discharge, secretion, dark red and thick. Can such situations happen? I would like to point out that nothing hurts me.

In this case, I encourage you to make an appointment with the attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. When using contraceptive rings, any bleeding disorders should be consulted with a gynecologist. Changes in secretion and vaginal discharge can occur with contraceptive rings such as Ginoring, but the possibility that changes in secretion may be due to infection or other inflammation should also be ruled out. If you are unable to get to your doctor, the GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose a link to the page where you can check the availability of Ginoring in pharmacies in Poland and book the drug in the selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96195/ginoring-przyrzad/apteki
