Does Smecta affect the action of other drugs and preparations, such as Emanera, Metronidazole, Ospamox, Enteromax?

Do Enamera and Smecta interact? I am undergoing treatment for helicobacter pylori: Enamera, Metronidazole, Ospamox + probiotic Enteromax Forte. Loose stools appeared. Can I take Smecta 2 hours apart from other medicines with these medicines? Specifically, if I take Enamera in the morning on an empty stomach, after 3-4 hours can I take Smecta?

Smecta is characterized by adsorption abilities, as well as strongly coating the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract. In the case of maintaining an interval of at least 2 hours from other drugs (such as Emanera, Metronidazole, Ospamox), it does not affect their action. If diarrhea does not disappear within 2-3 days of using the preparation, I encourage you to consult a doctor. You can also use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose a link that allows you to buy Smecta, in an online pharmacy, along with home delivery or personal collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/72098/smecta-proszek-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/apteki More about how to fight diarrhea, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-zwalczyc-biegunke
