Should I ask for other medications at the next visit to the psychiatrist and what will be the best ones?

At the last visit to the psychiatrist a month ago, the doctor changed my medication for depression Nexpram to duloxetine pharma 60 mg. After a month of use, I feel that nothing is combing me and I have a lack of emotions, a lack of thoughts. I suspect I have secondary anhedonia caused by new antidepressants. Should I ask for other medications at the next visit? And for what is the best medicine

If the change of medication caused any disturbing symptoms, then of course you should talk about it at the next visit: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane When it comes to changing the drug and its selection, it is the responsibility of the psychiatrist, who knows all the details of the case and works with the patient. It is impossible to answer unequivocally what drug was best for depression - each preparation has its own characteristics and is selected individually. I enclose additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/depresja
