What to do if there is a quality defect in the purchased drug?
Good morning, I take the medicine (prescription) daily in capsules. Every package, it happens that in the leaf, the capsule after opening is defective, because it is crushed or only one part of it. A quality defect in the medicinal preparation should be reported. The application can be made at the pharmacy where the preparation was purchased. You can also inform the Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, as well as send a notification to the Entity Responsible for the manufacture of a given drug.
