I have been using Rybelsus 14mg since April. I usually have a very a regular 26 day cycle with 4 days medium flow. Since starting Rybelsus i have had nothing that i would have described as a period but i have had one instance of dark discharge/clots last a few days. TBH i was putting this down to my age (Perimenopause) but looks like there is a pattern.

My first period since I took ribelsus 7mg was so thick, black. It looked like very thick blood, clots. I did not consult a gynecologist because I was with him just 1 day before this period. This was not normal. In general, I constantly feel nauseous, sometimes vomit and have diarrhea.
