Can Pramolan and Dexacaps be combined?

Hello if you can combine these drugs .pramolan and dexac caps ... for coughing... I took one tabl and I feel drowsy after this dexac

Combining drugs such as Pramolan and Dexacaps is contraindicated, as there may be significant interactions associated with excessive increases in serotonin levels in the brain, but also with increased side effects of dextromethorphan (a component of Dexacaps). Alternatively, a doctor could decide whether to use both medicines at the same time, giving strict dosage instructions and monitoring the treatment for side effects. Dexacaps alone can rarely (may affect up to 1 in 1,000 people) cause drowsiness as a side effect.
