The drugs Gabapentin and Tramadol do not affect the results of the determination of lipase in the blood. According to the package leaflets: - Gabapentin may cause a decrease in the number of white blood cells, a decrease in platelets, changes in blood sugar levels, an increase in creatinine phosphokinase, a decrease in the level of sodium in the blood. - Tramadol may increase liver enzymes and lower blood sugar levels.
