Is the study of prolactin with a load in pregnancy harmful?

I had prolactin done with a load and it turned out that I was pregnant, I had online consultations with a gynecologist who supposedly pow that one tablet does not affect the development of the fetus, or anyone had a similar situation?

In the characteristics of medicines containing Metoclopramide, one can find information that: "Data obtained from a limited number (more than 1000 described exposure cases) of applications of the product during pregnancy do not indicate that metoclopramide causes malformations or is harmful to the fetus.
