Can I combine Zatogrip Forte with Ibuprom or another sinus medicine?

Good morning. I would like to know if I can combine zatogrip fotre with some sinus ibuprom or other medicine? I have sick sinuses but zatogrip forte does not give anything hence the question is whether I can take something extra? Taking the drug is only once a day and I would like to help myself with something
