To @Mama:

There is no direct interaction between butamirate (Supremin) and antipyretic syrups with paracetamol or ibuprofen. This means that an antipyretic medicine (e.g. paracetamol or ibuprofen) can be given independently of Supremin. Even immediately after administration of Supremin.

There are no contraindications to give Nurofen Forte as an analgesic in a dose suitable for the child when using Supremin syrup. Please take into account, however, that Nurofen or other painkillers can only relieve pain or inflammation, but will not cure the tooth. In case of toothache, quick contact with the dentist is indicated.
