Can I take Olfen Uno, Trittico and Propranolol without any problems?

Olfem uno recommendation from the physiotherapist to be used for a week. I take trittico and propranolol on a daily basis. The question is, can I take it without hindrance?

There are usually no contraindications to the simultaneous use of Olfen Uno with Trittico CR and Propranolol. However, it is recommended to monitor blood pressure during the simultaneous use of these drugs, because the NSAIDs (here: Olfen Uno) may weaken the antihypertensive effect of beta-blockers (here: Propranolol).
