Can I use Deprexolet, Duloxetine and Myconafine?
Hello, I take 60 mg of duloxetine overnight and 30 mg of deprexolet for the night for depression I was at the dermatologist and he prescribed me Myconafine 250 mg. Can I combine these medicines?

You take medicines that contain Terbinafine, Duloxetine and Mianserin. Terbinafine may potentiate the effects of the other two substances and cause side effects. If between the use of these 3 preparations you keep an appropriate time interval of at least 4-5 hours, I think that there will be no reason to worry, but please strictly follow the dosage regimen and in case of any disturbing symptoms - report to the doctor.
