Should there be breaks between Glucophage XR and Metocard ZK?

Good morning, I have from the cardiologist prescribed a metocard zk in the morning and evening, but I also take glucophage 500xr in the evening. Should I make a time interval between the evening metocard and this glucophage or not necessary?
