Is Cleamstinum 3x5 ml and Hitaxa 2x5 mg per day not too high a dose for a 5-year-old child?

Good morning, a 5 year old child after the antibiotic augumentin got rashes, the doctor recommended clemasitnum 3x5 ml 3 days and then hitaxe 5mg tablets dosage 2 X1 for 4 days. The child weighs 29 kg, is it not too high a dose?

Usually, in children aged 5 years, it is recommended to use Cleamstinum at a dose of 2x5 ml per day, and Hitaxa 1x2.5 mg per day. However, the doctor may, based on his knowledge, recommend a dosage other than in the leaflet of the drug, so if you have any doubts, I recommend contacting the doctor who prescribed these drugs.
