1 dose to each nostril is not enough. According to the manufacturer's recommendations, the dosage of Rinogermina is 2 sprays into each nostril 2 times a day, for 7 days. The use of doses lower than recommended by the manufacturer will result in reduced effectiveness of the preparation or its complete absence.
