What to use in a child instead of Magnefar B6 in sachets?

I received a recommendation from a neurologist that a child (12 years old problem with swallowing tablets) should take 1 sachet of Magnefar B6 every day for two weeks. On the internet I found only Magnefar B6 junior which is not available everywhere, what can I replace it?
