What is a narcotic book?

What is a narcotic book and why do we have to fill in a declaration of being authorized to issue prescriptions or trading in medicinal products in order to search for this information on the websites?

The narcotic book is kept for a period of 5 years, the patient does not have access to the book, it is a documentation intended for the pharmacy. If the patient wants to check what medicines have been carried out by him, he can do it via the Internet Patient Account - IKP. Keeping a narcotic book by a pharmacy is a legal requirement, such a book can be controlled by authorized institutions, e.g. the Pharmaceutical Inspectorate. All information on keeping records of narcotic drugs is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, category 1 precursors and preparations containing these substances paragraph 3 paragraph 2.

The narcotic book is a record of revenues and expenditures of narcotics kept in pharmacies. Such a statement is required by some of the websites, I guess that due to the fact that some of their content is directed to professionals.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
