Does Actiferol Fe 30 contain gluten?

Does Actiferol Fe 30 in sachets contain gluten? I see maltodextrin in the list of ingredients, but the source is not given. Can this preparation be used in a person with celiac disease?

For @Edyta: Maltodextrin can be made from various starch sources, including potatoes. However, maltodextrin can also be derived from other crops such as corn, rice, wheat, sorghum and tapioca. The manufacturer is not obliged to indicate the source of maltodextrin used in the product.

And is it possible to know if maltodextrin comes from potato? Son allergy to potatoes.

I received the following information from the manufacturer: "to the best of your question, I would like to inform you that to the best of our knowledge and based on declarations from raw material suppliers, Actiferol Fe 30 mg, 30 sachets does not contain any ingredients that may contain gluten."

I have already sent an inquiry to the manufacturer whether the maltodextrin contained in the preparation comes from a source other than wheat. As soon as I get a reply, it will be posted in this thread. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/gluten-w-lekach
