When will Metypred start to work and the sinus pain will subside?

For acute sinusitis I got Agumentin and methylprid 16mg (1x daily in the morning) and recommended rinsing them 3 x a day. Before that, I took ibuprom of the bay and it hurt less. Now it just hurts constantly. I am after 1 dose of methylpride only but all my sinuses hurt. After what time should the p/inflammatory effect of the drug appear?

Usually, the effects are observed only after a few days from the start of steroid treatment. If the pain is intense, a drug based on paracetamol can be attached. During treatment with Metypred, however, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), e.g. Ibuprom Zatoki, should not be used, because this combination increases the risk of gastrointestinal ulcers and dangerous gastrointestinal bleeding. Drugs with paracetamol can be purchased in pharmacies without a prescription. Here you can compare their prices in online pharmacies and order the drug with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26254/efferalgan-tabletki-musujace/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/5684/apap-tabletki-powlekane/apteki I also attach a link to helpful entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/skuteczne-sposoby-na-zapalenie-zatok https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-sterydy-sa-bezpieczne
