Hello, what time interval do I need to keep between the antidepressant Dutilox and Gripex hot max? I took dutilox at 15:45 while gripex hot max I took at night between 00:30-1:00 and then in the morning at 8:40-9:00. Unfortunately, the temperature continues to rise and I do not know what to do.

In my opinion, instead of temporarily separating drugs, it is better to replace Gripex Hot Max sachets with an antipyretic that does not contain phenylephrine - in combination with Dutilox it can (although rarely) cause an increase in pressure. If you do not feel nasal congestion, there is no point in using this medicine, as it may expose you to side effects unnecessarily. It is worth trying products with paracetamol itself, e.g. Efferalgan Forte: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26259/efferalgan-forte-tabletki-musujace/apteki However, remember to summarize the daily dose of paracetamol from all the drugs you used that day. I will also add that fever is a normal reaction of the body to viruses that cause colds and flu. There is no need to knock it down if it is not a nuisance. I encourage you to read the article on dealing with fever: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/goraczka
