It is usually not recommended to use preparations with ginseng (one of the components of Bodymax Plus) during treatment with SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors). The ingredients contained in ginseng extract may increase the effect of antidepressants from the SSRI group and affect the concentration of serotonin in the brain, which may contribute to the occurrence of serotonin syndrome.
