Yes, an adult can take Octeangin and Deflegmin Baby drops. The dosage of Deflegmin baby drops in adults usually proceeds as follows: "Adults and children over 12 years of age: initially, for 2 to 3 days, 4 ml (100 drops) 3 times a day, then the dose should be reduced to 4 ml 2 times a day."
